7:28AM Acorda Therapeutics stock trading halted today; FDA Advisory Committee to review Fampridine-SR for improvement of walking ability in people with multiple sclerosis (ACOR) 16.74 : The co announces that NASDAQ has halted trading of Acorda common stock. The FDA Peripheral and Central Nervous System Drugs Advisory Committee meets today to review and discuss Acorda's New Drug Application (NDA) for Fampridine-SR for improvement of walking ability in people with multiple sclerosis (MS).

Not sure what you are seeing as great - ACOR trading being halted? That is the kiss of death.
At least it wasn't able to go down today ... if the FDA approves this drug on the 22nd, as originally planned, that could be a really good thing for the stock.
Otherwise, this one may need to be axed.

"In his assessment of the Amaya panel so far, Meacham said the FDA presentation was more balanced and didn't suggest a bias against approval. He added that experts on the panel had more questions about the FDA review than they did about the efficacy of Amaya.
The advisory panel will vote later today whether or not to recommend Amaya's approval. The final approval decision rests with FDA.
Acorda shares are halted today for the advisory panel meeting.
Update: The panel voted 12-1 in favor of Amaya's efficacy.

LINC hit it's 20% profit stop of $23.88 (today's high).
DLB triggered a SELL signal today, closing above the upper Bollinger Band. Currently it is up +8.16%
Will sell at the open tomorrow and post the final profit in tomorrow's update.

STAR, which was sold at a 20% profit (for $25.25 about a month ago) was just acquired for $35 a share.
