Just bouncing off th rising trendline, this market refuses to go down. It should be a steady "1 step back, 2 steps forward" march.

COMP/QQQQ up against the 50 HR.MA now which coincides closely with the Hourly Chart TLR at $42.50.
With a break of the 50 HR.MA and TLR the QQQQ would be pretty much clear to $43.50
However, the Hourly Chart has become considerably overbought.

It's time to say "buh-bye!" I figure some traders will lighten up their positions before the close that will in turn push the market down a bit.

Today, I believe we should get a modest rally. S&P already dipped about 10 points earlier in the session but have since made a U-turn and is now trading near the unchanged mark. From here, we should travel north by another 5-10 points.
Just another worthless 2-cents.

COMP/QQQQ dealing with their 15 DMA's as resistance right now.
If that is violated then the 25 DMA is very close by and that has been just about impossible for the indexes to break with any staying power.
Closed that short position this morning and took quite a beating. Going to have to keep better record of the number of day trades I make. It's not happened before and can't have it happen again.

The upthrust stalled after about a 10 point profit for the day as expected. Now it should retrace back down. Just don't ask me by how much. lol

S&P just hit the previous day's close. There should now be a slight pop, maybe about 3-4 points or so.
